Charlotte Woo joined the Gardner Center in 2019 as a Research Data Manager. In this role, she manages the Youth Data Archive for the quantitative data at the Center, as well as the Stanford-Sequoia Collaborative Data Archive for the Stanford Graduate School of Education. She collaborates with researchers and community partners to collect, process, and document school administrative data from school districts and other youth-serving agencies.

Before joining the Gardner Center, Charlotte worked at a healthcare company managing HR systems and data and at consulting firms implementing and auditing enterprise software.
