Sebastian Castrechini
Sebastian Castrechini is a mixed-methods researcher whose work focuses on racial/ethnic diversity in educational settings and the connections between organizational structures and youth developmental outcomes. Prior to joining the Gardner Center, Sebastian worked as a public school teacher and administrator and as a researcher in school district and nonprofit organizations.
