Redwood City & North Fair Oaks Community Needs Assessment Survey

This project aims to collect systematic data that will inform local leadership about the ways that COVID-19 has affected the lives of individuals and families in Redwood City and North Fair Oaks. Data collection and outreach are being led by the staff of Redwood City Together, with support from Gardner Center researchers to help design the survey and analyze the results. Survey responses will surface the highest priority needs experienced by those families most impacted by the pandemic shelter-in-place orders and related consequences. Analyses will identify neighborhoods and demographic subgroups with the greatest need, gauge knowledge and uptake of local basic needs services, and estimate impacts of the pandemic on the entire Redwood City and North Fair Oaks populations.
