Carrie Townley Flores is a doctoral student researching Education Policy at Stanford University. She holds a BA in Education and English from University of Michigan. She is an Institute of Education Sciences (IES) fellow and a recipient of the Stanford Graduate Fellowship in Science and Engineering. Before coming to Stanford, Carrie taught in the U.S. and Finland. Her research interests include policy analysis related to education inequality and improving prenatal through Pre-K developmental pathways in low and middle income contexts in the U.S. and abroad.
