Audrey Fan
Undergraduate Research Assistant
Audrey Fan is working at the Gardner Center as an Andrea Naomi Leiderman Fellow. This fellowship is part of the Haas Center for Public Service’s Education Partnership, which supports undergraduate students researching educational equity in local California communities.
During her fellowship, Audrey will research California's implementation of the Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBI). This is a $4+ billion initiative focused on improving the behavioral health and wellbeing of children, youth, and families across California.
Her research will help schools and communities understand what's working, identify unmet needs, and build more responsive approaches to supporting the emotional, mental, and behavioral health needs of young people.
Audrey is a double major in electrical engineering and public policy, and she dances with the Cardinal Ballet Company.
